Contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
No Warranty on Contractor Work
We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about any contractor or the quality, safety, legality, timing, or completion of any work a contractor performs.
Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor. Pricing, scheduling, warranties, and disputes related to the work are handled directly with the contractor.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Marketing Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from services performed by a third-party contractor, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
